Mr. Wycliffe Anguche Njeri

Wycliffe Anguche Njeri serves as the Director of the Deborah Disability Foundation, where he provides the overall vision and strategic direction for the organisation’s work. Under his leadership, the Foundation’s programs and initiatives are carefully aligned with its mission of empowering persons with disabilities. He oversees the development and implementation of long-term goals while guiding and mentoring senior staff to foster accountability, collaboration, and growth.

Passionate about creating real impact, Wycliffe places strong emphasis on monitoring and evaluating the Foundation’s programs, using data and evidence to strengthen effectiveness and to support continuous learning and innovation.
